In technology and new knowledge, developed humanity has gone far ahead and has long been using global openness, learning and mutual assistance. Including a variety of Internet services, digital communications, automated systems, robots and biotechnology. There is a corruption of the very essence of homo-sapiens, as a humane creative-constructive species. There is a plunge of humanity into new "dark ages in a digital wrapper" for the sake of irreplaceable power, suicidal stability, parasitism of global producers-monopolists and speculators.
But this "candle darkness"is being resisted by an emerging new social phenomenon - "technological smart humanity". Social network mass character has already created a huge potential cleansing power of reputational influence on the ruling elites and other enemies of humanity !!! It is urgent to create digital mechanisms for the implementation of this virtuality in managerial reality.
Through genuine smart-phone votes, smart referendums and the Registers of Official Reputation. It is necessary to create information-open societies of direct people's self-government (IOS PHR) and a technological smart international (TSI).
Through IOS PHR and TSI it is possible to build a more humane and progressive system of people management, both in their own countries and on a global scale. It is necessary to recreate, on a digital basis, a new technological information-open world of a community of people. Based on trust, mass national values of humanism, cultural and national moral and religious ideals.
This is a long process and there is no need to create illusions that in a world based on the principle of "enrichment-capital at any cost" Edenic grace and justice is possible. As long as the US dollar is the main international currency, it is difficult to ennoble the very system of governance of the world. However, it is already in our digital forces to curb bloody extremism and hobble the political oligarchy!
Smart people, with their work and knowledge, gave Humanity the opportunity to enter the era of its "over intellectual power", through global creativity, platform business, training, help and advice to everyone. Through social networks, instant messengers, search engines, info-robots assistants and Big-Date information analysis. Many Petabytes of real, genuine digital history of the personal life of most people in the 21st century have already been accumulated. We must have time to dispose of them not to the detriment of people.
“Smart people” in developed countries can already be defined as an information-united techno-developed humanity of “higher biblical values” than it was ever before in history. And now, with the "digital help", there is a real, and not an ostentatious, opportunity to make all fellow citizens "supervising" local officials. Through smart voting, hire and fire these power-governing elites and executive managers to better manage territories.
The time has come for all people to take a more responsible attitude towards their own earthly life in order to gain immortality in the "cloud-blockchain distributed" memory, for posterity. Realize your purpose and your real strength in managing the present and future.
Stop shifting this “control over reality” onto “tens of consciousnesses” from the ruling elites. We must stop being “thoughtless cogs” of consumption, “ostriches” of fear and violence sown by the “power elites”. Conscience, this "viceroy of God on Earth" and the reality of life are pushing everyone to start creating a smart technological international - TSI and under it - a reputation-judicial tribunal - PJT, for the world political elites and the financial-economic oligarchy.
TSI and the Tribunal will greatly help to implement the "world reputation classless digital reputation dictatorship of the masses of people over a handful of" global kleptocrats and oligarchs. " And, due to its clearly recorded and massive digital information pressure, to learn how to force these "elites" to make decisions and act for the benefit of the absolute majority of people on Earth.
