1. Подобно ужасному дикому животному, бродящему по горе, Ты приблизился к нам издалека. Оттачивая Свой громовый посох и заостряя Свой меч, о Индра, сокруши врага и рассей по свету тех, кто ненавидит нас!
2. О священные Боги, пусть наши уши услышат благую весть, пусть наши глаза увидят благое! Поем Вам хвалу, возвеличиваем Ваши сильные тела; пусть же мы доживем до времени, назначенного Богами!
3. Лучезарный, далекий и широкий, о Индра, благослови нас! Пусть Пушан, владеющий всем богатством, благословит нас! Пусть Таркшья, у Которого не пострадало на колеснице ни одно колесо, благословит нас! Пусть Брихаспати подарит нам Свое покровительство! О Брихаспати, подари нам Свое покровительство!
