⦿ Second level – svadhisthana. This chakra is associated with the animal world. The problem with this chakra is lust. Through this chakra, there is an attachment to pleasures, to entertainment, to pleasant sensations and to other similar things. The main harmful attachments of this chakra are sex and taste.
To commit sexual immorality – to have sex, to get pleasure through the organs of reproduction, to waste sexual energy. For further spiritual growth, an angel of this level must completely block the leakage of sexual energy in all their possible aspects. Usually, an angel of this level no longer has sex or masturbation. However, at this level, attention should also be paid to indirect losses of sexual energy, such as the loss of energy through watching advertisements, films with such themes or scenes, or through contact with people who do not lead a virgin lifestyle.
To eat things sacrificed to idols – gluttonous. Tue offering edible things as a sacrifice to your inner devil, idol. Since a person eats for the sake of taste, taste is an idol for a person.
Hell beings eat five times a day. Animals eat four times a day. Pretas are eaten three times a day. People eat twice a day. Asuras eat once a day. The devas eat every other day. Two days later, on the third day, the saints eat. Eating and drinking two days on the third is the most suitable diet for the human body. It is this kind of nutrition that is the most correct and useful. Taking food and water more often is wrong and harmful. Dry fasting is a direct path to samadhi.
There is an erroneous understanding of the cause of a person's addiction to food. Sometimes people think that the desire to eat, the desire to eat a lot, is greed; allegedly because the lust for food behaves in many ways similar to greed. Therefore, the passion for food is often associated with the third chakra – manipura. Indeed, in the passion for food there is also greed. However, taste is still the main cause of addiction to food. That is, the desire to get pleasure through the organs of taste. And any addiction to pleasures, including addiction to the pleasure of taste, is a pollution of the svadhisthana chakra.
On such things, on lust in relation to sex, to food, and also to other pleasures, such as games, films, spectacles, and the like, the angel may waste his energy and, therefore, may not be able to rise to the next step. To overcome this problem, the scripture gives the angel a hint: you need to engage in the practice of retreat.
You will have oppression for ten days of you into prison is one of the retreat practices, in this case we mean the most severe retreat option: isolation without food and water for ten days.

Preparation for a ten-day dry fast can be first the transition to the regime of food and water intake after two days to the third. After one to three months, you can switch to food and water after five days to the sixth. After one to three months, you can switch to a ten (or eleven) day dry fast.
Your poverty (but you are rich) – an indication of the rejection of worldly goods in the name of spiritual ones. An angel cannot live an ordinary worldly life. Otherwise, there will be no further spiritual growth.
Man is unconsciously attached to pleasures. Everyone around says: “enjoy life”, “live for pleasure”. However, you must recognize and destroy these innate intentions in yourself.
