E J (Emma) Swift is a writer and novelist of science-fiction and fantasy.
Her debut novel OSIRIS will be published by Night Shade Books in summer 2012, and is the first in a trilogy, The Osiris Project.
Set in an ocean metropolis whose citizens believe they live in the last city on earth, the story follows the interlocking paths of third generation climate refugee Vikram, and the Architect’s granddaughter Adelaide. The second and third novels will explore the world beyond Osiris’s boundaries, where it is known simply as “the lost city”.
Emma has a short story, The Complex, published in the Jan/Feb 2012 edition of Interzone magazine (issue # 238).
