Надеюсь, мне удалось показать в этом сообщении то, какие разнообразные формы могут принимать бессознательные фантазии; важную роль телесных ощущений, семиотической модальности и их взаимодействия с различными формами символизации в аналитической ситуации; а также то, как их сосуществование в сеансе обогащает аналитический процесс. Кроме того, я стремилась показать, что восприимчивость аналитика к подобным сложным проявлениям пациента способствует развитию символизации.
Следуя за модуляциями бессознательной фантазии в течение сеанса, мы лишний раз убеждаемся в справедливости слов Сюзан Айзекс: «Отношение пациента к аналитику полностью определено его бессознательной фантазией» (Isaacs, 1948, p. 79).
