MIKE LEE

Together with Dan Abnett, Mike Lee wrote the five-volume Malus Darkblade series. He also wrote the acclaimed Nagash the Sorcerer for Warhammer Time of Legends. Mike was the principal creator and developer for White Wolf Game Studio’s Demon: The Fallen, and he has contributed to almost two dozen role-playing games and supplements over the years. An avid wargamer and devoted fan of pulp adventure, Mike lives in the United States.

ANTHONY REYNOLDS

After finishing university, Anthony Reynolds set sail from his homeland and ventured forth to foreign climes. He ended up settling in the UK, and managed to blag his way into Games Workshop’s hallowed Design Studio. There he worked for four years as a Games Developer and two years as part of the Management team. He now resides back in his hometown of Sydney, overlooking the beach and enjoying the sun and the surf, though he finds that to capture the true darkness and horror of Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 he has taken to writing in what could be described as a darkened cave.

JAMES SWALLOW

James Swallow’s stories from the dark worlds of Warhammer 40,000 include the Horus Heresy novel The Flight of the Eisenstein, Faith & Fire, the Blood Angels books Deus Encarmine, Deus Sanguinius and Red Fury, as well as short fiction for Inferno! and What Price Victory. Swallow’s other credits include writing for Star Trek Voyager, scripts for videogames and audio dramas. He lives in London.

GAV THORPE

Prior to becoming a freelance writer, Gav Thorpe worked for Games Workshop as lead background designer, overseeing and contributing to the Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 worlds. He has written numerous novels and short stories set in the fictional worlds of Games Workshop, including the Time of Legends ‘The Sundering’ series, the seminal Dark Angels novel Descent of Angels, and the Last Chancers omnibus. He lives in Nottingham, UK, with his mechanical hamster, Dennis.

GRAHAM McNEILL

Hailing from Scotland, Graham McNeill worked for over six years as a Games Developer in Games Workshop’s Design Studio before taking the plunge to become a full-time writer. In addition to many previous novels, including bestsellers False Gods and Fulgrim, Graham has written a host of SF and Fantasy stories and comics. MATTHEW FARRER

Matthew Farrer lives in Australia, and is a member of the Canberra Speculative Fiction Guild. He has been writing since his teens, and has a number of novels and short stories to his name, including the popular Shira Calpurnia novels for the Black Library.
