"I must warn you," Susan continued. "It is a difficult topic to research. While many people enjoy domination and submission, very few will admit it. It has become somewhat of a taboo, although I can't understand it for the life of me. It seems perfectly natural to me. It is found naturally throughout the animal kingdom. Innocence just nodded and let the professor continue.
"I have found that the best way to understand the lifestyle and its psychological implications is through immersion," the professor went on. "By becoming a part of the scene, one can get access to subjects and can often witness the impacts that the various roles have on people."
Innocence let out a small gasp. "You become a submissive, Dr. Grimm?"
Susan laughed. "No, my dear. I do not become a submissive. I become an Alpha Female. During field research, I am known as Mistress G."
"Wow," exhaled Innocence.
"I propose that you assume the role of the submissive for our field work. That should allow us to cover all bases. Plus, it should help us to get access to more groups. "Wow," Innocence repeated. "A slave."

Innocence blushed at the compliment. "Thank you, Dr. Grimm. You are very pretty too. When would the research start?"
"I'll get into that in a moment," Dr. Grimm replied. "First, I should give you some warnings before you commit to the topic."
"Yes, Dr. Grimm?" replied Innocence as she looked up at the professor again.
"First, you should know a bit about the lifestyle," Susan explained. "At their gatherings, either large or small, there can be quite a bit of nudity, especially with the submissives. "Good," smiled the professor. "Then that will not bother you. Please remove your clothing and we will continue the meeting. That will assure me that you are up to the challenges of the research."
Innocence gasped, hoping that she had misunderstood Dr. Grimm. "Professor?"
"It's understandable if you are shy or ashamed of your body," explained Susan. "This research is not for the faint of heart or for the insecure. But it's best if we discover this now instead of with our research subjects. Now, be a good girl and remove your clothes."
"But Dr. Grimm," complained Innocence, but she was cut off by the stern looking professor.
"No buts, Ms. Blackwell," Dr. Grimm interrupted. "I can see that this is not a topic that you are suited for. Find another research topic and we will arrange a suitable faculty advisor for you."
Innocence stood and started unbuttoning her blouse. "I'll do it. It was just so sudden. I wasn't prepared for anything like this."
She folded her blouse and placed it on a corner of the desk before continuing. "It's true that I'm shy, Dr. Grimm. But I'm not ashamed of my body. I'm just having a hard time getting used to other people seeing it."
"That's understandable," replied Susan. She was having difficulty suppressing one of her rare smiles. But seeing the girl's flesh as it became more and more exposed was very pleasing. "It's a necessary part of the research, though. Frequently, we have to make sacrifices in the name of science."
The skirt was on the desk now and Innocence was reaching behind her back to unhook her bra. She slid it off her shoulders and then it too joined the other clothes. Susan sucked in her breath as the magnificent orbs of flesh were unveiled to her for the first time.
"You may leave your shoes on," Susan allowed as finally the panties were added to the pile, leaving Innocence naked. "You may sit again."
Innocence sat down and shivered slightly as her warm flesh came into contact with the cold wood of the chair.
"Let us continue," said Dr. Grimm as she admired the naked beauty sitting across the desk from her. She could not believe her remarkably good luck at having the gorgeous blonde as her research assistant. This would make the project even more fun than it already was.

"I guess it went fine," Innocence explained to Richard that night. "She accepted me for the research."
"Good," nodded Richard. "I figured it would be a good fit. I know she has a bad reputation among the students but she's really a good woman once you get to know her. You will like her."
"I hope so," said Innocence. "But she's always so stern. She can be kind of scary at times."
"Give her a chance," Richard replied. "I think you'll get along fine with her. What's the next step?"
"I start with a lit search." Innocence described the early phases of the project. "Dr. Grimm thinks it will be pretty unfruitful but it's a necessary step in the research."
"Yes," agreed Richard. "Mining the literature for past studies is always a necessary part of research."
"And next week, we start the lab portion of the study," Innocence continued. "Dr. Grimm says we need to establish some baseline data, whatever that means, before we go into the field."
