Summoned to a new world for a new job. - Killing Monsters, taking their souls and powering a horizon spanning Wall.
So, I’ve been stabbed, bashed, almost drowned, blown up, bitten. webbed, poisoned, hit by daggers, swords, polearms, axes, sticks and stones. ( and they did break my bones. ) And rip my stomach open. Oh, and bitten through the shoulder too.
I’ve done a good ‘skipping stone’ impression over a grassy field. Been dropped through the top of a building.
I’ve used bows, daggers, clubs, doors and a great big Executioner’s Sword to fight back. I call her Princess. She likes that.
I killed Snotlings, Goblins, Orcs, Ogres, Wyverns, sorry Wyvern (only killed the one), Night Ones, Lamia, and a few bucket loads of Humans.
I’ve leveled up to 18, I could bench-press a small car now, and helped a few others past their level blocks. Seems being a ‘Shielder’ means I don’t have those level restrictions anymore.
Met interesting ‘people’ - The Dryad, Merryn and her Old Man Oak, Chen the ‘pain-in-my-butt’ House guard, Lady Rika Tanaka and Aysun.
Also the Arachne, Nyssa and Bunko, a half orc I call Bunny, Yeah, not sure where my heart is there.

And now the local nobility wants me to attend a Council of Lords and Ladies… after finding out a certain Countess is going to start a War.
