Аннотация

When starving artist Edward Tache begins working as a property caretaker on a remote Caribbean estate, he thinks he’s found paradise. But he soon discovers there’s more to the island than just palm trees, sand and water.

There’s the beautiful young local woman who catches lobsters in the bay.

There's the mysterious red speedboat that visits the uninhabited island nearby.

And there’s the murdered body that just washed up on his beach.

Edward is sure he knows who killed the man – a crime the police can’t solve – and he’s willing to break a few rules to prove it. But even in paradise, when the rules are broken, there’s hell to pay.
